Melanie Daly is an accomplished author on the topic of change and improvement, with much of her work focused on the process of change as it pertains to individuals and how it effects their work.  Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the paradigms of change and an experienced coach for hundreds in fitness and nutrition, Melanie is now working on expanding her writing into the field of health and wellness.
